| Tom is a Performance and Sports Nutritionist. He specializes in personalized nutrition programs, low volume H.I.T. (high intensity training) and functional training as well as health education seminars and nutrition and sports supplements. Tom also works with clients as a lifestyle coach with a focus on stress management.
Tom is also the owner of Dellis Health & Performance, a nutrition and exercise company that teaches nutrition and exercise for a healthy lifestyle. Tom has more than 13 years experience in the health and fitness industry focusing on nutrition programs, personal training, functional training and supplementation. Tom designs customized nutrition programs, the missing link in most health programs. In client training, he uses H.I.T., unique for its ability to optimize an individual’s strength training in a short period of time by controlling the repetition speed and program design such as intensity variables.
