As a former competitive triathlete on the Cha Cha Coconuts team,
a marathon runner, combat handgun shooter, and 9-year SPINNING
instructor, Mary Ellen’s strength as a personal trainer
is founded on focus, commitment and obtaining winning results.
She brings an athlete's knowledge and experience to an individual's
daily needs, stressing strength and consistency in all fitness
efforts, whether her client's goal is to lose weight, define
muscle, build a stronger core, achieve balance or run a faster
mile. Well-versed in traditional training methods, she incorporates
cutting edge functional training techniques to help her clients
develop strong, toned, and balanced bodies and outlooks.
Mary Ellen has been actively involved in fitness for nearly 25
years.
