White Vinegar Wine Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
1½ pounds skinless chicken thighs
1½ cup white vinegar wine
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry the chicken thighs. Place chicken in a oven safe glassware dish. Pour white vinegar/wine over chicken. Brush a light coat of olive oil over chicken and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put chicken in oven and let bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve with brown rice and spinach.
