| Tiki Tuna Salad |
| High Protein! Ingredients: 1 large can tuna packed in spring water, drained and rinsed ½ cup plain non-fat yogurt ½ cup sliced celery ½ cup sliced green onion 4 medium tomatoes ½ cup oats Lettuce leaves Flake the tuna, & combine with the yogurt, celery & onion. Chill. Hollow out the tomatoes with spoon or a knife. Stir the oats into the tuna mixture & spoon into tomato shells. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 4. |
