| Steamed Chicken and Broccoli |
| Ingredients: ½ pound skinless chicken breast Dash of pepper 1 TSP water 1 Stalk fresh broccoli Rinse & dry the chicken. Slice it into pieces 1" thick; any length is fine. Season with pepper. Place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish, add the water & cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Be sure to check the chicken at 1-minute intervals until it's fully cooked. Rinse & chop the broccoli. Place it in a plastic bag, & poke holes in the bag to allow steam to escape. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, until it's slightly crunchy. Only 15 minutes to prepare. |
