Banana Egg Whites
An easy way to enjoy breakfast – high in protein, low in fat and very sweet.

Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1 ripe banana mashed
1 TBS nonfat milk or water
½ TSP vanilla

Lightly spray a skillet with nonstick spray (this is a low-fat alternative to cooking with oil or butter). Heat the pan to med-high. Put egg whites in bowl and fold the mashed banana. Add the nonfat milk or water and vanilla. Stir. When the pan is hot, pour the egg white mixture. Scramble the eggs or make an omelet. Serve with raisins or dried apples if you like.
