| Grilled Ahi Tuna Teriyaki |
| Ingredients: 4-4 ounce yellow fin tuna steaks ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce 2 TBS dry white wine or sherry 2 TBS fresh lime juice 1 TBS honey 1 TBS chopped fresh ginger or 1 TSP dried ginger 2 cloves minced garlic salt and pepper to taste In small bowl combine; soy sauce, wine, lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic, salt & pepper. Place tuna and sauce together in a large zip top plastic bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove tuna from bag and reserve marinade. Preheat grill; Place tuna on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill until desired doneness, approximately 3 minutes on each side for medium rare. Baste frequently with reserved marinade.
