Xtreme Philosophy

Getting in shape and staying fit isn't just about looking and feeling better - it's about enhancing the value of your life. Fitness should be a means to an end - a more fulfilled and happier life. It is scientific fact that a fit individual can have more meaningful relationships, more energy, more focus and more zest for life.

At Xtreme we believe it is as important, if not more so, to understand what it will mean for our members to get fit and stay that way. We want to know what it will mean to you if you got healthier. Would it mean a more loving relationship? Would it mean you'd have more energy for your children? Would it mean you could accelerate your career, improve your golf game? Whatever your reason(s) we want to help you achieve a more rewarding lifestyle. How do we approach this goal of better life? Through better fitness - we make it fun.

Yet, too often people feel overwhelmed and discouraged in their attempts to improve their lives through better health.

The reason?

In general, our society addresses components of good health, but not Total Wellness. We approach fitness uninformed, uninspired and completely incomplete. The medias', our friends', and so-called fitness professionals' advice for staying healthy constantly bombards us. Much of the information is one-sided, and doesn't make sense, or it simply addresses one or two components of fitness.

At Xtreme we are the fitness experts, prepared to answer your questions and guide you on a fun, energetic trip down the road to better health. Our philosophy is one of simplicity - simply approach fitness well informed, keeping it simple and you will achieve your fitness goals. It's Total Fitness Simplified.
